oh where do I even begin? requested a bottom floor room, but was stuck on the second floor, which was unbelievable. the maintenance was a disaster, bathtub wouldn’t drain, and the staff acted like I was an inconvenience. I almost decided to recommend this place, but can you believe no room upgrade was offered? absolutely ridiculus.

The outdoor pool was a nice touch after exploring the nearby parks, and the hotel's closeness to Verona Italian Restaurant made it easy to grab a delicious meal just a few steps away. this stay was perfect for enjoying the charm of the city while also having a cozy spot to relax after long walks.

The hotel was near all sorts of family-friendly fun, like parks and events to keep my five kids entertained. The room we had was spacious, and we all enjoyed the pool area, perfect for winding down after a busy day.

My wife says that a wider variety of breakfast options would be great.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel staff were friendly, and our room was clean and comfy. We visited the local performing arts events and enjoyed the sports events nearby. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Definitely recommend getting a room with one bed for more space.

The only downside was some road noise from the busy highway, but it didn't bother us too much.

It was just a solid selection for a couple of nights in Conway with best value. The shower was great and had good water pressure, which was a nice surprise after a long drive. Be warned about possible hidden fees when checking out.

So, I stayed in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, Non-Smoking. The room was decent, but noise was an issue with the gap around the door—could hear trucks passing by. Shower was kinda iffy too. it didn’t drain well, so I was standing in water. A few other maintenance issues were around, but at least it was clean at first glance. The towels were flimsy though.

Clean rooms, great Wi-Fi, but breakfast restrictions were inconvenient. Parking was secure.
